Easy Fresh

Are you “vaccinated” ?

How the past financial crisis “immunized” (some) companies, including Easyfresh.

Troubled times ; every company is either in the midst of crisis, coming out of a crisis, or about to have one. It isn't a matter of "if." It is a matter of "when" and "how" companies will respond. And crisis can put the vulnerable alignment of any operations, sales and marketing organizations to the test.

Easyfresh kicked off during the last financial crisis. A new business concept rocking and rolling during hard times for everyone. It was a great lesson for all of us and we grew "vaccinated" against infections like huge structures, malpractices, unefficiencies, internal justifications and other known usual companies' diseases :  Our model has a flexible structure managed by a small management team able to adjust the sails to change, being constantly customer focused. Our recently implemented 24/7 customer services  https://easyfresh-logistics.com/news.php?nid=299  is just an additional example vs others deadlines, too strict shifts or limited availability for the clients.

In fact, since its inception (2008), Easyfresh has never looked back and is always heading towards fulfilling the customers requirement at its best, with passion and creativity. This maybe not necessarily with the most sophisticated innovations ; those being frequently, intended investments, but costs, in practice !

Times for reflection. Times to offer realistic solutions in the market. We will advise our clients not to overpromise in these early stages. We'll do the same. To be empathetic to all parties, of course, but to be clear. We all have to communicate something concrete and don't allow a vacuum to be created, adding uncertainty.

Anyhow we perceive this situation as an opportunity to make the company better, our brand even more recognized, strengthen relationships with the customers that matter most, improve the operations, and even solidify the alignment and positive dependencies between operations, sales and marketing that will serve the organization well into the future.
